International Orders

Orders shipping to Canada are ordered through our Canadian Website - https://thankyousilver.ca and are considered domestic. Our International Policy does not apply to Canada.

Orders shipping to the European Union are currently closed.

For orders shipping into any other country, our International Policy applies.  We are pleased to offer international shipping at this time, however potential import/export complications and international logistical challenges require these policies:

Thank You Structured Silver is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. You are responsible for any and all duties, taxes or fees incurred by Customs. All orders ship from either the United States or Canada.

We ship with internationally recognized courier and postal services (you can choose which one during checkout; examples include FedEx, UPS, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee what will happen once your package leaves our warehouse and the courier takes possession of the package. If an order becomes lost, does not reach the shipping address for any reason, or if it is damaged at any time during transit, Thank You Structured Silver is not responsible for providing refunds (product or shipping costs) or replacement products.

If merchandise is returned to us for any reason, please note that you remain responsible for any additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.  If you want to attempt a second delivery of the package, you must pre-pay the new shipping costs before we will attempt this shipment.

Refunds and returns for any other reason are not permitted for international orders. All sales are final.

We will do all we can to assist you in your conversation with local couriers, but unfortunately cannot guarantee safe delivery. When selecting a courier during checkout or on the phone (eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS), we suggest choosing an option with a local depot or a strong delivery history within your region. Tracking information is sent to your email address as soon as it becomes available when your package leaves the warehouse.
